With forty years’ experience in insurance, Mark is one of a rare breed of insurance professionals both licensed in New York State and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in London.

He also plays bass in several bands and farms mangoes in Spain.

Jon is a seasoned commercial CFO with experience across insurance, technology, financial services and B2B service businesses, including work with early stage businesses with PE/VC finance.

He’s also probably the fittest of us – sailing, skiing, cycling, and hiking in the Lake District. We feel tired just hearing about his weekend!

Oliver quietly makes it all happen. From his desk in Brussels, he designs our systems and processes with precision and passion. He is dual-licensed, with insurance qualifications in both the UK and Europe.
