Running a festival or live event comes with unique risks, and now, with digital platforms, those risks can span the globe. From volunteer injuries and damaged hired-in equipment to losing access to a venue or foodborne illnesses from caterers, we’ve got you.

Some problems are worth losing sleep over. We believe insurance isn’t one of them.
Here are some examples of claims we’ve handled in the past:
Our festival insurance provides comprehensive protection for live events of all sizes, including music festivals, multi-artform events, film festivals, and touring productions. Cover can include public liability, employers’ liability (including volunteers and freelancers), property and hired-in equipment, cancellation and postponement, errors & omissions, legal expenses, and trustee or directors’ liability. We also offer consequential loss insurance to protect your income in case of unexpected disruption. All policies are tailored to your festival’s specific risks, budget, and operational setup.
Our cancellation insurance is highly customizable. You can choose the sum insured, as well as the period of coverage (e.g., for a single event or for a full year). The premium is a percentage of the sum insured, typically ranging from 1% to 3.5%, depending on factors like artist age, cancellation history, and event specifics (indoor vs outdoor).
