What kind of claims are made?

Here are some examples of claims that have arisen in recent years:

Illness of a key artist resulted in the loss of an orchestral tour booking and consequently agency commission

How does cancellation insurance work?

We offer flexible options that can be tailored to your agency or artist’s needs – particularly valuable for London-based managers working with international acts. You can choose both the sum insured and period of the policy, which could be 12 months, or just specific dates. You might opt to include only your top artists’ diaries.

The premium is a rate percent of the total sum insured. This can range from 1.00% to 3.5% – depending on factors like artists’ ages, cancellation loss history, level of income generation, and whether the event is indoors/outdoors.
